 Colonel Phya Phahon Phonpayuhasena (Phot Bahalayodhin) was appointed Prime Minister, per Royal Command of King Rama VIII, (signed by Prince Arthityathiparpa, Chao Phya Yamaraja (Pun Sukhum) and General Chao Phya Pichayendrayodhin (Oon Indrayodhin), Regents), dated December 21, 1937, exercised by Phya Manawarajasewi (Plord Na Sonkhla), President of House of Representatives, and he, in turn, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below, on December 21, 1937.

Announced on December 21, 1937.

 

 The Cabinet presented the policy to the Parliament and obtained the approval on December 23, 1937.

 Cabinet Policy, as published in the Royal Gazette of 1937, Vol. 54 Clause 2, Page 2327.

 This Cabinet undertook these changes:

1. On July 8, 1937, Major Luang Chawengsaksongkram (Chuang Kwancherd) and Phya Sajjabhirom (Suang Sribenya) were appointed Ministers. 

2. On the same day, Colonel Phya Abhayasongkram (Jon Jotitilaka) was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense.

 The Royal Decree of Parliament Closure of 1938 and the Government Announcement were vigorized on September 11, 1938.

Remark: This Cabinet left office when the House of Representatives, who granted approval to this Cabinet, had left office, per Royal Decree of Parliament Closure, dated September 11, 1938. However, this Cabinet was acting the office, until December 16, 1938, date of the appointment of new Prime Minister, according to the Constitution.
