          Field Marshal Plaek Pibulsongkram was appointed Prime Minister, per Declaration of the Temporary Appointment of Ministers, dated November 29, 1948, exercised by the Temporary State Administration Committee, and he, in turn, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below.

          The Cabinet did not present the policy to the Parliament.

          This Cabinet undertook this change:

1. On December 1, 1951, Rear Admiral Luang Sunavinwiwat (Phisal Sunavin) was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense.

Remark: The Temporary State Administration Committee, in coordination with the President of House of Representatives, helped shape the new Cabinet, of which Field Marshal Plaek Pibulsongkram was re-appointed Prime Minister, on December 6, 1951.
