Field Marshal Plaek Pibulsongkram was appointed Prime Minister, per Royal Command of King Rama IX, dated December 6, 1951, exercised by General Phra Prajanapanjanuk, President of House of Representatives, and he, in turn, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below, on December 8, 1949.

The Cabinet presented the policy to the Parliament and obtained the approval on December 11, 1951.

Cabinet Policy, as published in the Royal Gazette of 1951, Vol. 68 Clause 79, Page 5871.

This Cabinet undertook these changes:

1. On December 11, 1951,          

- Rear Admiral Luang Sunavinwiwat (Phisal Sunavin) and Lieutenant-General Sarit Dhanarajata were appointed Deputy Ministers of Defense,
- Major General Prayoon Bhamaramontri was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance,
- Police Colonel Lamai Udyanananda was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture,
- Mr. Luen Phongsophon was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry,
- Rear Admiral Laung Chamnarn Adhayudha (Eun Kulakraiwes) and Colonel Pramarn Adireksarn were appointed Deputy Ministers of Transport,
- Colonel Siri Siriyothin was appointed Deputy Minister of Commerce,
- Police Lieutenant-General Phao Sriyananda and Lieutenant-General Dej Dejpradiyuth were appointed Deputy Ministers of Interior and
- Air Marshal Luang Cherdwuthakas was appointed Deputy Minister of Education.

2. On December 15, 1951, Air Vice Marshal Muni Mahasandana Wechayant Rangsarit, Minister, was appointed Deputy Minister to the Office of the Prime Minister.

Remark: This Cabinet left office when the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand of 1932 (Revised Edition 1952) was vigorized. Code 121 stated that the Cabinet be acting the office, until the Representatives Type I took office, on March 23, 1952.
