          General Thanom Kittikachorn was appointed Prime Minister, by Royal Decree of King Rama IX, on December 9, 1963, and he, in turn, on December 11, 1969, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below.

           On December 13, 1963, there were modifications to the Cabinet as followed:

1. General Chitti Navisthira was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture
2. Police Geneneral Prasert Rujirawongsewas appointed Deputy Minister of Interior.

This Cabinet undertook these changes:

1. On August 27, 1964, Air Marshal Muni Mahasandana Wechayant Rangsarit was appointed Minister of Industry, substituting Mr. Boon Charoenthai, who resigned from the position on August 21, 1964.
2. On September 9, 1964, Phra Prakas Sahakorn (Sadab Weerateera) was switched from Minister to the Office of the Prime Minister and Deputy Minister of National Development to Minister of Agriculture, substituting General Surajit Charusreni, who resigned from the position on September 8, 1964.
3. On the same day, M.L. Xujati Kambhu was appointed Deputy Minister of National Development.
4. On July 8, 1965, Mr. Sunthorn Hongladarom was switched from Minister of Finance to Minister of Economy, substituting Mr. Kasem Sriphayak, who passed away on July 5, 1965.
5. On December 11, 1967, Mr. Serm Vinicchayakul was appointed Minister of Finance and Mr. Bunchana Atthakor, Minister of National Development, resigned from the position.
6. On February 10, 1968, Mr. Sunthorn Hongladarom, Ministry of Economy, resigned from the position and Mr. Pote Sarasin, Minister of National Development, was appointed Minister of Economy.


This Cabinet left office when the General Election was held, according to the Royal Decree of Election of 1968 and the Royal Decree of Parliament Inauguration of 1969, and the new Representatives and Cabinet took office.
