          General Prem Tinsulananda was appointed Prime Minister, by Royal Decree of King Rama IX, on March 3, 1980, and he, in turn, on March 12, 1980, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below.

On January 22, 1981, there were modifications to the Cabinet, as followed:

1. Colonel Phon Rerngprasertvit was removed from Deputy Minister of Transport.
2. Mr. Tamchai Kambhato was removed from Minister of Commerce.
3. Squardron-Leader Punnamee Punsri was switched from Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives to Minister of Commerce.
4. Mr. Kosol Krairiksh was switched from Deputy Minister of Industry to Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives.
5. Mr. Visith Tansacha was switched from Deputy Minister of Commerce to Deputy Minister of Industry.

On March 11, 1981, General Prem Tinsulananda reshuffled the Cabinet, as followed:

1. Mr. Visith Tansacha was removed from Deputy Minister of Industry.
2. Colonel Thanat Khoman was removed from Deputy Prime Minister.
3. Mr. Khunthong Poopewdern was removed from Deputy Minister of Education.
4. Mr. Boonchu Rojanastien was removed from Deputy Prime Minister.
5. Mr. Amnuay Viravan was removed from Minister of Finance.
6. Mr. Borom Tanthien was removed from Deputy Minister of Finance.
7. Mr. Kosol Krairiksh was removed from Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives.
8. Mr. Yos Intrakomalsut was removed Deputy Minister of Transport.

On June 23, 1981,

1. Mr. Prathuang Kirtiputra was removed from Minister of Interior.
2. General Sitthi Chirarochana was appointed Minister of Interior.

On October 27, 1981, Mr. Boon-Eua Prasertsuwan was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives, substituting Police Colonel Krit Sangkasap, who passed away on September 5, 1981.

On December 3, 1981, Mr. Veera Musigapong was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives.

On December 19, 1981, Colonel Phon Rerngprasertvit, Major General Sudsai Hasadin, Admiral Kawee Singha, Mr. Anat Arbhabhirama, Mr. Prakaipreuk Sarutanonta, Mr. Sippanondha Ketudat, Mr. Amphan Hiranyachoti and Mr. Chalermphan Sriwikorn resigned from the positions. Hence, the modifications to the Cabinet were added, as followed:

           On June 22, 1982, Mr. Suthee Singhasaneh was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, substituting Mr. Phaichitr Uathavikul, who resigned from the position.

           On October 27, 1982, Mr. Thawee Kraikupt, Deputy Minister of Commerce, resigned from the position.


Remark: This Cabinet left office when the Royal Decree of Parliament Dissolution was vigorized on March 19, 1983.
