          General Prem Tinsulananda was appointed Prime Minister, by Royal Decree of King Rama IX, on August 5, 1986, and he, in turn, on August 11, 1986, appointed the Cabinet, whose names are shown below.

          On November 6, 1986, there were modifications to the Cabinet, as followed:

           1. Mr. Montree Pongpanit was switched from Deputy Minister of Interior to Minister of Commerce, substituting Police Captain Surat Osathanugraha , who resigned from the position.
           2. Mr. Sunti Chaiviratana was appointed Deputy Minister of Interior.

           On November 26, 1986, Sawai Pathano was appointed Deputy Minister of Interior.

           On July 27, 1987, Mr. Arun Panupong was appointed Minister to the Office of the Prime Minister, substituting Mr. Chirayu Israngkun Na Ayuthaya, who resigned from the position.


Remark:
This Cabinet left office when the Royal Decree of Parliament Dissolution was vigorized.
